Mn’gr.- Coordinate, direct project activities ;Bus. Anlyst-analyze business & other data processing problems for application to electronic data processing systems; Mgm’t./Fin Anlyst- quantitative analysis, of bus. & investment information, work w/ financial information for bus & economic forecasts. Sr. Account Executive

RJT Compuquest is a privately held IT Staffing and Consulting company, established in 1996. We are experiencing double-digit growth in sales with a consultant headcount of over 350 in over 30 states across the U.S.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, self-starting Sr. Account Executive who will be responsible for national & local client acquisition, client management, and growing top line revenues on current accounts. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of sales success in IT Staffing / Solution Sales in a national market.

This position will report to the Sr. VP of Sales and can be remote or based out of one of our offices, while visiting client sites for meetings as required. The Sr. Account Executive will have access to a robust and responsive delivery organization. RJT Compuquest offers a competitive compensation and benefits plan.


  • Manage and grow full sales cycle from client acquisition, securing a deal, and after-sales support
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with potential and existing clients, while continuously focusing on business development and growing top line revenue
  • Generate leads in national and location markets by performing outbound calls, attending events, and conducting market research
  • Market RJT Compuquest services to prospective direct clients
  • Gain knowledge and understanding of clients and target clients to offer and deliver the best services
  • Collaborate with delivery team members to ensure client satisfaction


  • 5+ years as an Account Executive or Sales Manager in either IT Staffing Solutions Sales, ideally selling to national accounts or MSP programs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to build trusted relationships
  • Bachelor’s Degree
