RJT uses a standard core upgrade process that includes four phases that are designed to ensure the most custom upgrade to match the scenario of your business.
Phase I - Project Formation
The project team that will perform the upgrade is gathered and an upgrade workshop is held to make sure that each consultant understands the details of the project.
Phase II - Operating and Readiness Assessment
Your company’s Oracle EBS configuration is documented and a gap analysis and high resolution plan is completed. Server and capacity configuration and capacity requirements are then completed to create a detailed upgrade plan.
Phase III - Upgrade Preparation
The Oracle EBS configuration is performed as required by the upgrade documentation. Customer extensions are either updated or replaced as required and the changes are then documented. A test plan is created and properly tested. Finally a go-live cutover is confirmed.
Phase IV - Upgrade Realization
The final phase includes the execution of the production upgrade schedule. Transitions are then made from the near-term upgrade support plan and the near-term to standard support plan.
