Amar Shokeen - Chief Executive Officer

Amar is a dynamic leader who has spent the last three decades growing global businesses. His executive experience at blue-chip Indian corporations such as HCL Information Systems, CMC and Air India gave Amar his strong business foundation—skills that he applies daily as the hands-on CEO of RJT. Amar’s strengths as a leader come from his keen sense of entrepreneurship and value creation, and his strategic vision has played a key role in growing RJT into the powerhouse company it is today.

Amar holds a Bachelor’s of Science from St. John’s College in India. After migrating to the U.S., he earned his MBDA from Dartmouth College’s Tuck School of Business and completed the Owner President Management program at Harvard Business School. An avid reader and world traveler, Amar takes every opportunity to explore new customs, cultures and global business trends.

Rita Shokeen - Chief Financial Officer

Rita is a results-driven leader and RJT’s Chief Financial Officer. She began recruiting and placing IT engineers in temporary positions in 1996—humble beginnings that she leveraged to grow RJT’s staffing capabilities from the ground up. The seasoned recruiter and strategic partnerships expert has played a key role in extending the company’s recruiting arm across the globe, from Chicago and Dallas to Delhi. Her wealth of experience, close industry relationships and innate determination make her an invaluable resource for sales, consulting and recruiting throughout the company.

Rita holds a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA from St. Stephen’s College in India. She completed her doctoral studies in strategic planning from Kent State University. After a successful career in sales and marketing in India, she immigrated to the United States in 1994, where she continues to drive business success today.

Mark Shmagin - Vice President of Operations, Finance & Legal

Mark brings more than a decade of operations, finance, administration and strategic planning experience to the RJT team. He launched his career in commercial and international banking with a focus on balance sheet and cash-flow financing, international trade finance and asset-based deals. He transitioned to the private sector as Chief Financial Officer of one of California’s largest packaging manufacturers and distributors, for whom he oversaw due diligence assignments including an industry roll-up, buy-side acquisitions, joint ventures and a sell-side assignment. Mark then led several subsidiary startup operations in manufacturing and recycling as Chief Operations Officer of Goodwill Industries. The well-rounded expert is skilled in all aspects of finance, operations, administration and back-office management, and has extensive business forecasting and strategic planning experience.

Mark holds both a Bachelor’s in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, and an MBA from the University of Southern California. Spanning the rival university gap, he proudly sports his cardinal and blue on game day.

WADE SPARKS - Senior Vice President, Sales

Wade is a goal-oriented staffing industry veteran with a track record for driving profitability, developing solid teams and spearheading strategic growth plans. He joins the RJT team with two decades of leadership experience, nearly all of which were spent developing hiring and training processes that positioned teams to meet sales and growth goals. He uses his persistence in cultivating relational capital with internal organizations, prospects and customers to drive successful partnerships. The savvy leader is adept at attracting and training top talent for ongoing success.

Wade holds a Bachelor’s in Economics from The University of Texas in Austin. When he’s not recruiting and mentoring the next generation of sales superstars, he enjoys spending time on charitable causes, outdoor recreation and with family and friends.

ALAN GADDIS - Vice President of Sales, SAP Practice

Alan is a seasoned IT professional with more than 15 years in the IT/ERP space and the SAP ecosystem. As the Director of Business Development for Metamor Enterprises Solutions, he developed relational capital that drove the business to new heights. He joined RJT as the Senior Director of Business Development in 2001, and took over as VP of Consulting Services shortly after. He was integral to building and developing a robust and highly experienced SAP consulting team that continues to deliver successful projects and implementations today. As RJT’s VP of Sales, Alan oversees an experienced sales team, and continues to uncover and drive new business opportunities.

The Southern California and Princeton University graduate transitioned to IT after more than 10 years in the travel industry. When not leading RJT’s sales teams, Alan is likely to be found attending sporting events, theater and the recreational activities of his four children.

DIGANT VASHI - Senior Vice President

Digant is a seasoned business leader with nearly two decades of experience spanning the IT recruitment spectrum. Before joining RJT as its Senior Vice President, Digant held senior positions at global IT firms US Tech Solutions, Amtex Systems and Ace Technologies. He has a track record for nurturing C-level relationships, spearheading IT recruitment, developing and managing global teams, and securing new business. Digant’s staffing expertise has helped clients secure top-notch talent in industries ranging from IT and telecom to healthcare, aviation, banking, manufacturing, auto and government. His experience working both in India and onsite in the US gives him unique insight into the needs of today’s global businesses.

Digant holds a Bachelor’s in Engineering from the University of Pune. Guided by his technical background and global experience, he delivers a combination of skills rarely found in the IT staffing industry.
